A long time client & major over seas electronic manufacturer came to us with the desire to improve on the PVS3 so it could handle more power while being able to dissipate the ambient heat associated with re-flow ovens. These ovens are commonly used by major manufacturers to attach electrical components to circuit boards. PRC proved up to the task by designing the PVS5 complete with a much stronger epoxy resin ratio mixture that could withstand the temperatures seen in most standard re-flow ovens while ensuring the parts do not drift out of close tolerances.
